We are seeking an ideal candidate who is responsible for adding and managing website content.
Responsibilities:
- Curate new coupons and deals from around the web.
- Add daily offers, such as coupon codes, deals, sales and new merchant partners.
- Help manage the entire website content to ensure that the codes, deals, sales and stores are optimized to maximize the profitability of the site.
- Report and analyze data to identify trends.
- Work with the affiliate management team to develop and manage relationships with affiliate networks and merchants online.

2. HR Executive
We are looking for a passionate HR Manager, who has experience with talent management as well as HR operations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Day to day operations of the HR function
- End to End Recruitment process like Sourcing of candidates from job portals, taking care of interview and selection process.
- HR Administration (eg. leave management, employee database, salary inputs, training history cards)
- Core HR (eg. induction, employee engagement, counseling, exit interviews, discipline) Coordination of annual appraisals process
- Training and development
- Developing and implementing policies & procedures and communicating HR policies to all employees and Management.
- Maintain HRIS on a weekly, monthly basis

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in the entire gamut of HR functions

3. SEO Executive:
About the Role:
SEO/SEM Executive is responsible for implementing SEO and Social media strategies for website.
Responsibilities:
- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
- Execute search engine optimization tactics, including ongoing evaluation of keywords, content, campaign performance tracking, and link building
- Continually evaluate and improve effectiveness of campaigns through keyword ranking, geo-targeting, conversion rates, search engine referrals, site traffic and backlinks
- Work closely with marketing team to provide tactics and content marketing strategies
- Present substantiated recommendations for changes that have a direct bearing on SEO results
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels

About the Role:
We are looking for a full-time graphic designer to join our in-house team and who can understand a brief & create it into design.
Responsibilities:
- Creative in designing Creatives, Flyers, brochures, info graphics, banner ads, on-screen marketing promotions, advertisements, posters according to requirement.
- Design creatives that are innovative and eye-catching, but at the same time, in line with the brand personality and visual guidelines.
- Come up with innovative ways to elevate the brand.
- Contribute to a culture that supports creativity through exploration, technological innovation, and individual development.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Has a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Graphic Design.
- Has creative in designing Email Campaigns, Flyers, brochures, info graphics, banner ads, on-screen marketing promotions, advertisements, posters according to customer specs.
- Is a wiz at using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of Sketch app, Adobe XD, and motion graphics, and basic skills in animation are a definite plus. Other good to have skills - prior experience and interest in video content creation and editing.
- Has an eye for detail.

5. Affiliate Marketing Manager:
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented individual to manage and grow our affiliate business partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing relationships with current partners
- Negotiate higher commissions, new promotions and better landing pages
- Identify new revenue opportunities with existing partners
- Manage internal team communications regarding partner product promotions and price changes
- New business prospecting, including research of new companies and products to add to our promotional sites
- Prepare information and manage logistics of communications with future partners
- Strategy and Insights: Analyze market, company and user data alongside partner strategies to define opportunities, audiences, objectives and priorities
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
